I am writing a short note of recommendation and appreciation for all the work you have done on my home over the past eight months or so. Please feel free to use this in any way you wish, especially to recommend your work to new clients.
I originally employed your company to build an extension to my house only but; the job grew and grew as 1 kept finding new additions and renovations for you to undertake. Thank you for your time and patience in doing all this work. The house has been virtually re-finished throughout and I am very pleased with the result. It is a joy to have new flat walls and door- frames and doors that fit properly, I didn't realise how annoying the banging doors were until you replaced them.
The extension was completed to the agreed price and although difficult to live with at times, it was by no means as painful a process as I had expected, this was due, in no small part to your team of builders etc. who kept a wonderful sense of humour throughout, and kept the upheaval to the minimum they could. You were quite correct when you said it would all come together at once. At Christmas I didn't think the rain would ever stop, or the job get finished. Then all of a sudden, the extension was complete, plastered and even decorated. It was a huge joy and relief to all to move mum into it. She is very comfortable and happy with her part of the house.
Please give my personal thanks to everyone, yourself for the organising, advice,
explanations and for answering my numerous questions, as well as the practical work you did on the build. Terry, just for being Terry, good humoured throughout and a fantastic worker, no job was a problem to him, even when I changed my mind and added new bathrooms, kitchens etc into the equation. Is there anything he can't do? I am particularly pleased with my garden walls and driveway, it really finished the front of the house nicely,
I'm actually proud of my house now.
Matt for his brilliant job on the carpentry, I am really pleased especially with the doors and frames.
Little Dan for making me laugh a lot throughout the job, I hope he does well with his apprenticeship. Big Dan for his help with Terry in the latter part of the job and, all the other tradesman you brought in, who did their parts of the job professionally. It is because of your team that I asked you to do so much more to the house, to the point that I felt at one point that it was all running away with me, it became addictive.

The work was carried out very professionally from start to finish, despite going through a stressful period when we realised that our architect had not applied for building regulations and the work had to come to a stop. However, if it hadn't been for your quick thinking about going to the council and applying for the building regulations in person that day, we would probably still be waiting for the architect to return our call today!
The loft conversion blends in with the rest of our house, it's as though it has always been there. Our friends and family are very impressed with your work, specially, with the drawers you and Matt built in the wall of the loft and the way Terry's plastering curves beneath the new stairs.

Edenwood, "by the book company", everything they do from laying foundations to the last screw and nail, they are the utmost courteous, professional team of people I and my husband have ever come across.
Edenwood not only take on all the project management so you don't have to worry, they organise and co-ordinate everything that is needed, you only get involved as much as you want to, which was one of the many reasons why we picked Edenwood, also being given access to email, sms texting and mobile numbers is a rare trait in itself you are always in contact with Ford nothing is too much trouble, if you have the chance of visiting a site go, it will show you the dedication these guys give.
The quality of build and craftsmanship is second to none, one of the most amazing facts I found is that the guys always tidied up after themselves and left the site clear. When coming to finishing touches guidance was given to obtain the best results, my husband and I can't thank them enough for our house is now a beautiful home. All of the team from young Dan, Matt, Terry, Debra, Ford and their team of electricians Fred and Stuart, plumber Dan, decorators, Fords Mum and anyone else I've forgotten to mention, everyone of this Family like team is like having a friend, they treat you and yours with the utmost respect.

We certainly didn’t have the weather with us this year and we were incredibly impressed when your team was only off the job one day when the snow was deep enough for sledging in!
